It's an abbreviated version of the CR Meme where the main focus is figuring what you want to do for the month, such as listing out which quests you're interested, any personal plots you have in mind, and initial thoughts on the event. It's similar to a CR Meme, with just a little different focus on the form. You can refer to the Mod Announcement for plotting ideas for the month and beyond!
